Today most of the parents are working. This gives no time to children to interact with them. So, they don't have any restrictions and do whatever they like to. Their dressing style, eating habits and choice of friends all have changed. Talking about the eating habits, as the mother is not at home the children tend to eat 'JUNK' food from the canteens.
Now as no one was there to counsel them, if some elder comes at home, they won't be able to adjust the so called 'MODERN' environment where the dressing style had been changed from suits and long skirts to minis and tops. The eating too, where earlier only 'rotis' and 'dals'(the nutritious ones) were there, now instead pizzas and burgers has taken their place. The ability to choose good friends is also not there. All these are due to the counselling which the parents couldn't give to their children.
All this has created a huge 'GENERATION GAP' between the elders and the children. If this generation gap has to decrease the parents should give proper counselling and control their children. In the end, i would like to say that we children should try to adjust to the more experienced and elderly people.
