INHUMANE BEHAVIOUR OF REPUTED PRIVATE HOSPITALS

Maharishi Valmiki Infectious Disease Hospital, Kingsway Camp is the only and one biggest infectious disease Hospital in India, which is situated near G.T.B. NAGAR, Kingsway Camp. All infectious disease patients, even from AIIMS, Sufdarjunj Hospital and other reputed Hospitals are referring their patients, suffering from diarrhea, cholera, rabbis, chicken pox diphtheria, measles etc in this Hospital.

I have noticed patients, who are staff of many reputed private hospitals of delhi. They have dumped the patients in this Hospital, even without a Helper to assist him/her. Even Ambulance has not been provided to shift the patient to the I.D. Hospital. These Hospital Authorities are not even informing the critical condition of such patients to their parents. With the mercy of ID Hospital, all such patients, referred from these reputed hospitals, are survived with the relentless efforts of the Staff & Doctors of ID Hospital, as well as their sheer luck.

MCD authorities are paying allowance of only Rs. 100 p.m. to their staff for bringing such contagious and dangerous diseases for themself, family members and the neighbors

In short, it is suggested that MCD should interact with other Hospitals of India, specially, Northern India, that before sending such critical patients in the ID hospital, they should arrange Ambulance with proper life saving equipments, so that by the time, they reach ID Hospital, it should be ensured that the patients are safe, till they come in to the ID Hospital.
